General Terms and Conditions of Sale (CGV)

1. Subject

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the rights and obligations of the parties in connection with the online sale of products offered by Oriental Chic via the website cozy-muse.store.

2. Products and Availability

All abayas and accessories are described and presented with the greatest possible accuracy.

  • Stocks: Our offers are valid as long as they are visible on the site and within the limit of available stocks.
  • Errors: In the event of unavailability of a product after ordering, we will inform you by email to offer a replacement or a full refund.

3. Pricing

  • Currency: Prices are indicated in [Euros € / Dollars $] including all taxes (TTC), unless otherwise stated.
  • Delivery Fees: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer, unless a promotional offer applies.

  4. Final payment. Oriental Chic reserves the right to cancel any order for a customer with whom there is a dispute regarding a previous order.

5. Payment Terms

Payment is due immediately upon ordering. We accept:

6. Shipping and Delivery

  • The product must be returned in perfect condition, unworn, and in its original packaging.
  • Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense.

8. Warranty

All our products benefit from the legal warranty of conformity. In case of a defective product (e.g., fabric flaw, stitching error), we will exchange the item or refund you, including shipping costs.

9. Liability

Oriental Chic cannot be held liable for any inconvenience or damage inherent in the use of the Internet (virus, external intrusion, service interruption). Furthermore, we are not responsible for the misuse of the garment (e.g., failure to follow washing instructions).
