📦 Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Oriental Chic. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  • The product was purchased within the last [14, 20] days.
  • The product is in its original packaging.
  • The product is unused, undamaged, and has all original tags attached.
  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items that cannot be returned:

  • Personalized or custom-made items.
  • Perishable goods (such as food or flowers).
  • Personal care items (if the seal is broken or the packaging is opened).

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Include your order number and the reason for the return.
  3. Once your request is approved, we will send you instructions on where to ship your package.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Defective items or shipping errors: We will cover all return shipping costs.
  • Change of mind: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it.

  • If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
  • Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at oriental.chic.dz@gmail.com
